Real Estate Partners Chattanooga is excited to be the presenting sponsor for the 2024 Habitat for Humanity Women Build Brunch. 

We first joined as Presenting Sponsor for Habitat for Humanity's 2022 brunch after being introduced to the event by REALTOR Mark Hite. He had served on the board and knew we'd jump at the chance to be a part of such an amazing event. We were hooked by the mission to help Chattanooga women with home ownership. We love that the program not only gives these women the safety of their own home but also a legacy of home ownership in their family. The impact lasts for generations!

Our REALTORS also jumped at the chance to support the homeowners, but also to get their hands dirty. Build days have become a favorite day of the year for our agents, and we couldn't create such a big impact without their generosity and skill!

What is Women Build?

Women Build takes on different forms at each Habitat affiliate. In Chattanooga, the Women Build is a complete home project, that is funded mostly through a one-day event in the Spring. Starting with the concrete slab, through the final trim work and landscaping, Women Build creates a whole house for a local family in need of affordable housing. Habitat Chattanooga has built 29 Women Build homes with the support of women-led volunteer groups and sponsors of this yearly fundraising event. 

Build dates will be announced later this year.
